Pudo offers no insurance on your parcel. Once it leaves the possession of Origami Eco we are no longer liable for its fate. You choose Pudo at your own risk. Please note which locker it must be sent to in the notes section.
Courier Guy/Fastway includes R1000 insurance per parcel. If you do want additional insurance it is calculated at 2% of the order total.
Open bag / Build a stash option. Select this option if you want to hold off on shipping until you are ready to send. Shipping will be manually added once the order is finalised before final payment is made.
Please allow for extra shipping to be added if you live outside of the main city centres.
You will be notified of additional courier fees if the option you choose is not sufficient for the size of your order/what you have ordered.
Please note: parcels are shipped on a Wednesday, your payment must have cleared 24 hours before shipping day in order for us to ship your parcel otherwise it will be shipped on the following Wednesday.
Return Policy
No returns.
If there is a defect with any product stocked by Origami Eco, please contact us to let us know and we will contact the supplier on your behalf. We will assess the situation and course of action on a case by case basis.
Supplier warranty and rules with regards to defects/returns etc. apply.
No returns if you chose the incorrect size/colour. Sizing is clearly indicated with weight ranges etc. on the relevant products. Changes can be made before shipping. Whatsapp me.
